I am a graduate in Human Resource Management from Karatina University. During this time, I was able to gain vast knowledge in areas such as payroll management, people management, hiring and recruitment, and employee wellness and safety management. In the course of my studies I also joined Ikumbi Tea Factory for attachment where i was able to put into practice various areas of study. In this time of attachment I worked with people in various departments and disciplines which assisted me to gain personal values such as team work, honesty and integrity, continuous improvement, time management and respect to all persons.
