My names are Philip kairigo kamau, from Nairobi, Kenya and with eight years experience in hospitality. I am excited to be applying for this role in your company. Leader and Single Unit supervisor, which I hope to leverage into the position role at your company.

• Trained coffee expert Barista from tree to cup (Kenya school of coffee)
• Coffee extraction techniques I.e filter or Espresso based drinks V60,chemex, areopress, kalita, syphon, moka pot and capable of handling variety of esspreso machine I.e Victoria Audriano, La mazorrco, Synesso, simonelli and slayer.
• Milk texturing according to guest preference.
• Latte art
• Ability to make mocktails and basic cocktails and open to learn more.
• Ability to make signature drinks coffee base or non-coffee based drawing inspiration from surrounding,

design,imagination and ingredients.

• Work space management in that it favors work flow, efficiency, speed, standard and quality presentation.
• System and inventory management that is requisition, SOH, wastage and cost control.
• Ability to develop drinks menus depending of the season,occasions and cuisine.
• Attention to details and multitask in busy workflow.
