I have over 23 years working experience and training in Banking and Finance. Over time, I have gained good leadership skills and a proactive client-focused solution provider. I also respecter of legal and regulatory commercial operating principles while at the same time being flexible to meet the overall goal of the counterparties involved in a trade transaction.

I have in Commercial and Corporate Banking business development under credit-based funded solutions, transactional banking support, structured trade finance solutions, and collateral financing agreement-based solutions. I have managed a team and worked through teams in achieving the targets set for my function and self to the satisfaction of my employer. I have managed to learn most of the business development functional roles through apprenticeship and self-learning.

I am always ready to learn and explore newer solutions but with proper counter-measures and through set mechanisms to mitigate any inherent risks.

I am a holder of an Executive Master's in Business Administration with a specialty in Strategic Management. This has helped in thinking long-term with the knowledgeable and conscious mindset of underscoring the bottom line
