I am employed as a Packaging Design Lead at Malbros (Mjengo Ltd), where I design packaging and marketing materials. My responsibilities include leading pre-press processes, developing design concepts & overseeing packaging design from initial concept through to final production(Printing process). Rnsure that the printed material is delivered on time.
I also create visual assets to support product promotion while ensuring brand consistency, print accuracy for production efficiency.
2020 - 2022 October
I am a Graphic Designer at Label Converters Limited with extensive experience in flexographic and gravure printing processes. My role encompasses pre-press operations, including preparing print-ready files, performing color separation, and recreating artwork to meet production standards. I conceptualize and develop innovative packaging and label designs, balancing creative excellence with technical precision.
I possess strong expertise in plate and cylinder making processes, enabling seamless coordination with production teams to achieve optimal print quality. Additionally, I have advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, specializing in artwork recreation, photo editing, color correction,
and color separation to deliver high-quality, consistent visual output across all printed materials.

Worked as a Graphic Designer at Hightech Gravures Limited, a packaging company, where I gained extensive experience in packaging design and print production. Developed strong proficiency in color separation, pre-press preparation, and packaging workflows, ensuring accuracy and high-quality output. Collaborated closely with marketing and product teams to create visually effective, market-oriented packaging designs aligned with brand objectives.

Worked at KIMKOLL PRINTERS where I was working as a Designer and at the same time an operator ( CTP operator). I also learned colour seperation here (CMYK) Here also i did general work. I was all round worker. I had no specific department.
