Polycap Omondi

Polycap Omondi is a qualified sales and marketing agent for product marketing, with experience in marketing loan products. My background in product and service marketing informs my mindful but competitive approach in different situations at work. I am fueled by my passion for understanding the nuances of cross-cultural work dynamics and consider myself a "forever student," eager to both build on my academic foundations in Criminology and stay in tune with the latest in the lending sector through continued coursework.

I currently work at Hourlink Lenders Ltd as a manager since April 2023, before that I was a loan officer in the same company at Namanga since September 2022.

I also worked at Multi Gibbs Enterprises as a junior manager and office administrator from February 2021 to December 2021.

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Criminology from Kibabii University in the year 2022.
