Polycarp Adongo

I am a self motivated individual. I learn through challenges and I take every challenge as an opportunity to grow my professional portfolio. I have knowledge in R language and Java.

My passion in data science has led me through platforms of data mining, SQL queries, and various analytical tools.

I studied BSc in Information Science and have since practiced Information Technology in a broad perspective in different industries. I am passionate of what I do and I enjoy good working relationship with a committed team.

I have worked with the public service commission of Kenya as Information Officer for a period of 1 year. During my stay with them, I facilitated the introduction of staff monitoring and evaluation system. This system monitors employees time and attendance report.

I have also worked with the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics as ICT supervisor during the 2019 population and housing census. Here I was among the team maintaining the Computer Aided Personal Interview (CAPI) kit and the applications.

I hold a BSc in Information Science with a major in information technology in Moi University Eldoret . I attained a Second class degree upper division.

I also hold a KSCE certificate (A minus) from Agoro Sare High School.
