Have been to the National Youth Service for 5years, started training for 6months Duties were Arm drills, Parade ,phsical training , Record keeping, Social work, Crowd control,Disaster Mangement and First Aid.
Then started National service for 1 year at Giligili Health facility as a recptionist Activity's that I was doing include, Receiving of visitors, photocopy, Typing of reports,Supervising of cleaning, Record keeping , First Aid and security around the facility.
I Joined to the Institute of Business studies National Youth Service At Nairobi Holding Unit Did a course in sectarial Studies , under office Administration Management, Typing skills, Information commnication Technology, sectarial duties, shorthandTypiest , commerce studies, office practice and computer Document processing.
Did my attachment at state Department of Gender Affirmative Action under Secretary Administration as asistant ofice Administrator . Activities that I was doing including Receiveing of visitors , Receiving of incomeing mails and despatch of outgoing mail, Typing of all documents, photocopying, printing, scuning, Managing of petty cash, Sorting, Filling, Receiving of incomeing office calls, Drafting of letters , minutes writing during meetings and Directing of visitors in the office.
