I am an enthusiastic person equipped with customer service skills through attachment and volunteer program at city hall Nairobi. I have pursued bachelor of arts in international relations and diplomacy at Rongo university. i am ready to do any job related to my field of study.

I have worked in customer service city hall for the last six months. My duties include complaint management through the office hotline, manning customer service desks at city hall entry points and performing general office work.

I have pursued bachelor of arts in International relations and diplomacy at Rongo university. I am set to graduate next year.
