I also have good time management ability to foster career development and to bring about positive results.I have two years experience in customer service where I first served as customer service agent both outbound and inbound which i later got promoted as the assistant supervisor at the call center (Inbound). I have also worked in Know Your Customer (KYC),emails and social media queues. Remotely,I have worked as a telesales Agent which made me to be my self manager working best without being followed . Throughout my work experience, I learnt about building a good rapport and probing well with clients in order to retain them and make them trust your job and that can only be applied through curtsey, professionalism, multitasking, high convincing power and use of common sense which are some of the key performance Indicators(KPIs) when dealing with clients
