Dear Hiring Manager,
I am Mr.Rabson Munialo Akonya a degree holder in business management banking and finance option and a diploma holder in aeronautical engineering Airframes and engines option. Did my internship in the aviation industry in 2010 with CMC the DAC GROUP AVIATION in Lokichogio Kenya as an Aircraft technician /Ramp attendant where i participated in pre and after flight checks, Aircraft maintenance services, customer service and flight reservation. I joined Fly540 Aviation in Oct 2011 as a sales and reservation agent and later promoted to Team Leadership position in sales and reservation and marketing. Worked there for more than 10yrs until 2022 Sept when the company suspended its operations countrywide indefinitely.
Currently i am working as a manager at Ramseay Ventures Limited dealing with flight reservation, hotel accommodation and transportation.
I am a good Team Player, Decision Maker with ability to work under pressure without supervision, I have leadership skills, a good decision maker with good customer service skills. I also possess strong interpersonal skills and an avid interest in client management.

I am Rabson Munialo Akonya from Nairobi/KENYA. I have over 10yrs Experience in the aviation industry working with FLY540 AVIAITION LTD as a team leader Ground flight services, TERMINAL SERVICES/Ramp Services, luggage and client processing and screening, sales and reservation and customer service other services included checking in and processing of passengers/luggage to flights while observing all security measures, controlling of both embarkingand disembarking passengers/luggage etc.
Having had a chance to undergo training in Sales, Logistic fundamental, Supply, Aviation Security, Customer service, Crew resource management, Flight reservation systems, EMERGENCY PREPPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE, Dangerous goods Regulation, Aviation Security awareness, safety management system awareness and participated in AIRPORT WILDLIFE RISK ASSESMENT inaccordance to ICAO, I believe that I have the necessary experience, expertise and qualification to fulfill this role.
