I am a flexible, motivated, and responsible engineering graduate seeking a position which will utilize the professional and technical skills developed through past experience. I have a broad knowledge of strategic management, process improvement, staff management, relationship building, and administrative works developed through my current position. I am also Proficient in performing clients’ data analysis (in excel, looker, and google sheets), financial and payments trends analysis, and managing client records and their accounts.
I have a previous 4 years of experience in Training and mentorship, excellent team management skills through training and field support. Well versed in achieving demanding training objectives by identifying training needs and creating tailored training programs for the needs of specific teams. My aim is to secure a job where my skills can help out to enhance the productivity and efficiency of the firm.
● Analyze regional portfolio and repayment trends provided and lay down daily, weekly, and monthly strategies to drive better collection rates from delinquent customers.
● Provide a weekly update to Sales and Risk Leadership teams on-field interventions performed and results achieved, along with customer insights. Design, pilot, and operationalize collection processes necessary for ensuring better repayments and customer satisfaction.
● Report any cases of product tampering observed in the field through the process and mechanism established by the Risk team.
● Provide training to Agents (Energy Officers) on dealing with repossessions and difficult customer collection issues.
● Establishes essential communication and reporting structure with field teams.
● Designs and keeps track of operational improvements necessary for ensuring better repayments and customer satisfaction.
● Achieves set Active Portfolio management target as communicated from time to time
● Informs management of trends in accounts that contribute to delinquency.
