I am Swaleh Rajab, obtained my human resource degree from maseno university.

I got my first practical experience at Butali Sugar Mills Limited, Kakamega.

I am currently working as an intern (3months) at Flamingo Horticulture Kenya Limited, Naivasaha.

I have experience of six months altogether, actively working in a human resource department.

I am open for any opportunity.

• Provide clerical and administrative support to human resource executives
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities

(staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance)

• Dealing with employee requests regarding Human resources issues, rules and regulations.
• Issuance and receiving of HR – employee correspondences
• Updating of accidents report motor vehicle and WIBA
• Dispatch of HR correspondences
• Update on synergy attendance on daily basis, overtime and night shift for payroll preparation
• Attending disciplinary Hearings
