I am Raymond Taracha an Exercise & Sports Scientist (B.Sc.). I am currently a Physical Training Instructor at the Coca-Cola gym Kenya HQ. I've been in the exercise & wellness industry for 5 years. I'm a passionate sports (football, rugby & boxing) fan. I'm also passionate about science specifically Anatomy & Physiology.
