With over 10 years in the field of IT coupled with administration and operations duties, I come with rich experience in handling end-user work orders. I am a team player and passionately work with minimum supervision. More so, I have positive outgoing personalities and good interpersonal skills that adapt to multicultural environments having worked with diverse clients.

Perform functional management and administration of the IT system. Develop and implement Ad-Hoc Reports. Focus on continuous improvement for both the process and the underlying technologies. Creating test plans, and test cases, performing functional testing, and ensuring proper user acceptance testing.

Working closely with all IT organizations and driving projects to successful completion. Tracking problems, enhancement requests, and suggestions for assigned applications. Maintaining all records in the system includes monitoring and reporting system utilization, changes, and performance.

Performing periodic reviews of data and maintaining system data integrity.
