As a strategic and highly experienced Manager with more than 13 years of experience, currently working as an Operations Manager where i thrive in executing the following roles; overseeing the reporting, processing, and correction of a maintainance team, coordinating and maintaining a hands-on approach to the cleanliness, managing work force requirements, including staffing, training, and requisitions and budgeting, performing quality controls and monitoring production KPIs as well as conducting regular operations team meetings with the entire HOD daily to discuss routine operations.
