I am passionate about my work…I thrive on challenge and constantly set goals for myself…I believe in taking one step at a time…and I always try to be optimistic whenever I face challenges….I have diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics…I love dealing with kids…and also people with diabetes,high blood pressure and people living with HIV and AIDs…just to encourage them, to have a positive mind and eat well a balanced diet that will help them in managing their diseases…I've also worked as a Volunteer at SOS Children’s Home and Hospital and I did my attachments at Mbagathii hospital where I was exposed and got to learn alot

I studied Diplom Nutrition and Dietetics…at Kabete Polytechnic..as of now I work.as an online writer for academics
