I have a Diploma in Information Technology (I.T) and over 5-8 years of experience working as an ICT Technician where I gained valuable hands-on experience in this field. My duties included setting up the network hardware and software maintenance, Active directory setup, server setup,
server maintenance, server administration, training of end users on the system use and interfaces, send monthly and timely reports, keep a record of all issues raised by the users and how they were solved
(error log book), keep an inventory of ICT Equipment for the company, perform a random weekly one to one sessions with the users to support end user. I also conduct test, run diagnostics and troubleshoot problems to find solutions.
I have a Diploma in Information Technology (I.T)
