I have experience working as both a nail technician and a massage therapist, where I focused on providing high-quality beauty and wellness services to clients. In my role as a nail technician, I performed manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, polish application,acrylics, polygel, plastic nails extension, soft gel extension and nail art, while maintaining strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
As a massage therapist, I provided different types of massages tailored to clients’ needs, helping them relax, relieve stress, and reduce muscle tension. I always made sure clients felt comfortable and understood their preferences before each session.
Through these roles, I developed strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create a welcoming and professional environment. I also learned how to manage client appointments, communicate effectively, and build long-term client relationships.
