I have a proven track record of successfully leading agricultural and community development programs across various regions. My expertise includes developing and implementing innovative agricultural techniques, facilitating community participation, and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Some of my roles have been:

• I Assist in designing and implementing agriculture projects aimed at improving food security and livelihoods in rural communities.
• I Lead capacity-building trainings for farmers on various subjects such as sustainable agriculture, water resource management, and animal husbandry.
• I Conducts market research and analysis to identify potential markets and improve farmers' access to markets.
• I Monitore and evaluate project outcomes, prepare progress reports and make recommendations for improvement.
• I also Work closely with government officials and community leaders to ensure project success.

Since completing my undergraduate degree in the field of agricultural sciences, mainly Horticulture, I have dedicated my career to the growth and success of agricultural businesses. Having been in the business since 2019, I have developed strong analytical skills, technical understanding, problem-solving capabilities, and public relations. Coupled with my personal interest in agricultural-related research, I bring to the role a comprehensive understanding of the agricultural industry.
