Ronny Ngaji

My name is Ronny Otieno Ngaji. Am 28 years old.I intend to build my career in an organization that will help me achieve my dreams and passion that I have in teaching and innovation.I am willing and able to share knowledge and skills that I have acquired through teaching and working in different organizations.I believe in team work and working with a group of staff who are disciplined and dedicated in discharging their daily routines.This has proven vital In the previous jobs that I have done.I welcome any new changes that I will encounter in my new endeavors because Changes are important to an individuals overall development and progress in life.I have great skills in computer management and operation which is an added advantage I suppose.My hobbies include swimming, dancing and drawing.Academic excellence is my priority in your institution and I can handle different teaching subjects as need arises.I studied B.ed in special needs (hearing impairment -primary option).My main teaching subjects are mathematics and integrated science.Children with disabilities are at my heart and I want to help them meet their goals .I will do this through creating awareness of their disability ,teaching in and outside classroom ,develop individualized education program as well as collaborating with other professionals in helping them.I also teach business studies.I have taught in numerous schools and gathered a lot of experience in teaching and hopefully this will be vital in helping you run the school.Co curriculum activities are important in any institution as they help in overall development of a person and aid in socialization too.I was games master in the previous school that I taught.I am registered with the teachers service commission as required by the government as enshrined in the constitution chapter 42 of Kenyan Act.I am a Christian and believe in putting God first in anything I do.
