I'm a customer service/administrative assistant by profession with over 6 years of experience with excellent skills in communication both written and spoken, good in time nd deadline management. work under very minimal supervision , results oriented nd takes pride in achieving sets targets and customer satisfaction.
Over 2 years of experience as the head of customer service department, 2 years of experience working as an operations and administrative manager and atleast 2 years working at the middle level of supervision
Diploma in Human Resource Management and a certificate in computer softwares and office suite
