My two years experience in Customer Service has taught me a great deal about dealing with customers. I have developed strong problem solving skills, an ability to manage conflicts, deal with demanding individuals and polished my communication skills. I am passionate on getting to learn new skills and processes working with the team and Iam very passionate about my work

• Worked at Lapaire Glasses Kenya as a Sales Representative for a year and a half. I set up appointments for clients that wanted to have their vision tested
• Worked at Skylux Tech as a Sales Representative for 2 months. I cold called and cold emailed potential clients.
