I have a passion for customer service since I have acquired skills that have made me love our specialty, with skills on how to handle different complains from different people. I then joined a Cargo and Logistics company, Kenzon Cargo Limited, where I took up he role as a receptionist and headed the Customer care department for a duration of two years.
