During my Internship I learned how important it is to work as a team. I have learned that delegating tasks and finding the middle ground to work with people from different backgrounds is a leadership skill that can optimize understanding in a diverse team.
In addition, I also learned the importance of time management and providing feedback when working on a task. Communication is an important tool that connects different sections of an organization.
Apart from the internship I have also worked with an environmental conservation organization called Rhinocharge. This greatly exposed me to public speaking which contributed to improving my presentation skills.
I am a very active learner. Knowledge is power and power is a tool that can be used to greatly influence an industry or even a whole country.
