Setting requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.

 Ensuring that quality tests and checks are done on raw materials to guarantee their fitness for use and compliance with KEBS Quality requirements.

Performing testing and laboratory analysis of raw materials and samples from finished products and qualitative and quantitative analysis of metals and cementitious products

 Performing in process quality assurance (IPQA) to ensure conformance of products with good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality standards

 Conducting in-process Quality Assurance at every production level to ensure conformance of products with customer and regulatory requirements and eliminating non-conforming products (reject defectives) in the production line.

 Overseeing all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.

 Soliciting feedback from customers to evaluate customer satisfaction with our products and services.

 Ensuring implementation, maintenance and effectiveness of the Quality Management system.

 Identifying non-conformities, opportunities for improvement and need for changes in the Quality management system.

 Performing internal audits to ensure compliance to ISO certification, KEBS, NEMA and OSHA requirements.

 Ensuring proper documentation of all quality records used in QMS  Preparing department budget and quality objectives and providing leadership to the quality control and technicians team.

 Ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines and conducting trainings.

 Handling of quality related returns and customer complaints and implementing corrective and preventive actions to reduce on product returns and customer complain
