Duties and Responsibilities

• Received, checked, and recorded incoming stock (quantities, brands/models, condition, and delivery notes).
• Issued and distributed items to sales staff/technicians based on approved requests or requisitions.
• Maintained accurate inventory records and ensured all stock movements were updated daily.
• Organized goods in the store/warehouse using proper labeling and storage procedures for easy retrieval.
• Conducted routine stock counts and cycle counts to prevent discrepancies, shortages, and losses.
• Monitored stock levels and reported low or fast-moving items for reordering and replenishment.
• Handled stock transfers, returns, and adjustments by verifying items and documenting reasons.
• Ensured stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO where applicable) to reduce damage, wastage, or expired goods.
• Verified item details before dispatch or customer issue (size, grade, quantity, and condition).
• Ensured the store environment was clean, safe, and compliant with handling procedures.
• Maintained proper filing/documentation for goods received, goods issued, and stock records.
• Assisted in preparing inventory reports and supported audits when required.
