Well I have a passion in cooking.I like making chapatis and samosas and grilling.On my free time I like socializing ,watching movies and swimming.Also I help around home doing household chores.
I started my career as an intern at sarova hotels where I acquired alot in the hot kitchen,cold kitchen and the pastry section.Later I got my first job at a fast food joint big square where I was in charge of grilling,producing fries and burgers for about three months.After leaving big square I went to boma inn hotels where I worked in the hot kitchen,prepared breakfast,butchery in charge of cutting and marinating meat together with grilling,also I prepared chapatis which I know I make the best.I worked as a casual worker for some months before I landed my job in quickmart supermarket in the hot kitchen.While in quickmart I operated different sections ie preparing of rice dishes,stews,chapati,samosas and frying.I have worked there for three years where I was able to learn how to work as a team with my fellow colleagues,improve my speed in preparing meals and working under pressure.I have been able to work under minimal or no supervision.
I pursued my diploma in food production and culinary arts at tsavo institute.
