Currently working with Java House Africa Kitchens in the position of chef de partie (Branch Chef ). I take full responsibilities on Food Cost control,Hygiene management, and Food Safety and Environmental Manager. Previously,I have workèd with Tamarind Group (Carnivore Nairobi) in the role of service personnel.
