I am an experienced security operative. i hold a Degree in Criminology and security studies from Egerton University and Diploma in Security Management from Kenya Institute of Criminal Justice.
I have over fifteen years of active experience managing at different levels accumulating skills and experience in such fields as industrial security, Mall Security, retail security, diplomatic security among others. overtime i have involved in successful incident investigation, Risk Assessment, Guard Training and corporate Trainings. as witnessed with certification from both Miale institute and British Council. Assist clients develop company security policy formulation Health and Safety including First Aid and fire safety as witnessed with certifications received.
As Head of Operations at Crest Security Services i am in charge of strategic management of the company reporting to the Director, responsibility include making optimization of operation to ensure company operate at a profit, Growth and client retention. represent the company at National and internation forums articulate interest of the company.
