Seeking Boiler Operation Position & Steam Generation applying knowledge from Gacharage & Makomboki Tea Factories. Combining boiler maintenance expertise with hand skills in Arc Welding & Cutting (3G) and added ICT & Software advantage.
Experience
Boiler Operator Attache - GACHARAGE TEA FACTORY
- Fire-tube boiler 6T/hr, 7-8 bar for tea drying - operation & monitoring
- Daily WLC/LWCO Float Magnetic Type checks, gauge glass, blowdown & TDS control
- Servicing: descaling, furnace cleaning, float chamber cleaning, gasket replacement
- Water treatment: softener regeneration, chemical dosing, hardness testing
Boiler O&M Attache - MAKOMBOKI TEA FACTORY
- Steam generation & distribution for withering & drying sections
- PM: Feed water pump Grundfos CR 5-10 service, safety valve testing, NRV checks
- Fuel system (wood/oil) management, economizer cleaning, leak tracing
- Inventory & maintenance schedule for Q-Factory boiler room
