Main Responsibilities To manage, organize & maintain health records & information systems & services.
Data collection, data entry, data analysis & interpretation and report health information to relevant stakeholders using MOH tools and DHIS 2.
Storage, filling and retrieving medical records.
To maintain security and confidentiality of health records.
To undertake reception and registration of patients/clients in MCH & Outpatient and various administrative duties as and when needed.
Updating monthly/weekly/daily reports & registers both in-house & for the MOH.
Strong analytical and experienced with NHIF system.
