Responsibilities

Worked at the weighbridge. Weighed the lorry’s’ weight with product and without product and recorded it in the records book.
Worked at the aflatoxin lab. Checked if cereal grains have any toxins that can hinder consumer health.
Worked at the cereal lab. Checked the moisture content of cereals to see whether they contained any physical hazards that could cause poisoning or food spoilage.
At the records department, I issued clients with receipts of their products.
Worked at the Silo storage. Controlled the entry of products to their storage and recorded it.
Dried cereals in the drier.
