I am a Kenyan citizen aged 33years. I am responsible person who is strong both mentally and physically and thoroughly enjoy the role of nursing. I am passionate about patient care and also believe that I have the necessary qualifications and experience to execute and deliver effectively and efficiently the duties of a nurse aid.
I am ambitious and motivated, time conscious and strive to achieve maximum effort with minimal time. I pay attention to detail and work well in a team. -Answer patients call signals to determine patients' needs.
-Observe patients' condition and report changes to the professional staff.
-Help in bathing Patients and changing linen.
-Help patient during ambulation
-Assist in feeding patients who are unable to feed themselves
-Assist in helping patients in moving out of bed those who are unable
-Provide patient care by supplying and emptying bed pans
-Assist in lifting and transportation of patients to other departments for care when need be using the necessary means
-Assist in turning and repositioning bedridden patients, with assistance, to prevent bedsores
-Communicating effectively with both the patient and the guardian
