I am Sharon Okelo 23 years of age just completed my diploma course in health record and information at kabete National Polytechnic on November this year, I have skill in data entry because I have interacted with it during my attachment period at Migori County Refferal Hospital where we used to feed mortality and morbidity data in DHIS2 and KHIS2.
I have skills on Health Record and Information that I acquired as an attachee for four months , where I did patient registration, filing , writing of B1 and D1, mortality and morbidity data into DHIS2 and KHIS2
