Iam sheila kigen a diploma holder in food production from Top chef culinary institute.trained in Serena and. Palacina hotel,merica and currently working at rocomamas in village market.
Trained at Serena and palacina hotel for 6 months each,did a refresh course at Merica hotel and was later employed to work for 1 year before joining Rocomamas restaurant in village market where I am working till date.
I attained my diploma in food production from Top chef culinary institute here in nairobi in 2013 currently working at Rocomamas restaurant in village market as a sauce lady and in charge of mis en place.and I have experience of 4 years.
