The main goal of biotechnology is to use living organisms, cells, and their molecular components to develop and improve products in areas such as medicine, agriculture, food production, and environmental science. The field involves various techniques, such as genetic engineering, cell culture, and bioprocessing. During my educational course, I took units in biology, chemistry, genetics, biochemistry, microbiology, and other related fields. I also learned laboratory techniques, data analysis, and project management skills. The knowledge prepared me to apply my skills in various fields such as distillery, pharmaceuticals, biomanufacturing, research and development, and quality control. The degree gave me a strong foundation in biological and technological principles, which I have applied to solve real-world problems and contribute to advancing science and technology.
