My most current engagement is with Symphony Technologies Limited, a systems integration company, where I have worked for the past 13 years as a head of business development for technical services and regional technical services head, working with key enterprise customers within the East African market. My experience is backed up by strong educational background in which I have acquired a Bachelor of Business in Information Technology (BBIT) degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information Systems and currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems. I have also acquired various professional certifications and training in Data Centre Unified Computing, Data Centre Networking solutions sales, business analytics, Cybersecurity technical, Cloud Computing, and Software as a Service among others. I have experience with Cisco solutions, IBM, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Sophos, Fortinet, Microsoft, VMware, Veaam Backup and Replication, Microsoft products, Checkpoint, Datacenter Security solutions, and cloud services among many other vendor technologies.
