I am passionate about writing projects that respond to the needs of communities especially the marginalized and vulnerable communities. I am competent in needs assessment, proposal development, program delivery, monitoring and evaluation, report writing, including risks identification and mitigation, due diligence and fiduciary risk assessments. I endeavor always to engage in sustainable relationship and partnership building and strengthening, effective networking, stakeholder management, negotiation and persuasion.

I have very good interpersonal and leadership skills, team building and performance management. competencies. I am always ready to offer support, share workload and manage work stress effectively.

I have more than 10 years experience in writing funding proposals for various organizations including hekima peace institute, jesuit refugee service, loreto sisters and jesuit hakimani centre. I am conversant with the project cycle management and have written proposals, implemented the project activities, managed the budgets, carried monitoring and evaluation activities and written reports to various partners and donors according to their requirements.

I have a masters of arts degree in education management from Makerere university in Uganda. I also hold certificates in fundraising and resource mobilization from Rome Italy and and another certificate in monitoring evaluation and learning from Oxford United Kingdom.
