Central Control Room Operations and Filed Operations.
Monitoring the quality and quantity of feeding raw materials to kiln.
Monitoring quality and quantity targets, steam generation and achieve the same.
Monitoring the kiln profiles like(zone temperature, air volume and shell temp.) for smooth operations.
Maintaining the all major/main drives RPMs and current for identifying any problems to avoid breakdowns.
Follow up the sefty procedures during lights ups, shutdowns, short holds, transfer chute and DSC jamming and other related hazardous, cold and hot zone jobs.
Coordination with all departments to maintain product quality and avoid of production losses.
Directing and training my fellow workers where applicable.
Provide support and guidance to process team helpers to meet daily work demands.
Cleaning/Removal of inbuilt material inside the rotary kiln and rotary cooler during shutdown.
Attend to any other tusk assigned by my seniors.
I have worked as a high school laboratory assistant during may college long holidays. I have worked as an electrical engineer intern when I was waiting for my graduation at Umoja rubber products ltd, there after I got a job at Devki steel mills Ltd as a DRI J.R Engineer
I have a bachelor of science degree in Physics.
