• Administration
• Assist in the implementention of plans, scheduling and performing work projects and farm activities such as planting, Irrigation and fertilizers application, harvesting, packaging logistics

• Conduct 3 days trainings per (half-day) at convenient location

• Provides coaching and mentorship to FOs on SAMs concept
• Prepare report on trainings progress and submit to the WFP office by the 5th of each month
• Conduct capacity building to strengthen activities prescribe by WFP field office
• Work closely with WFP office and DOAlF staff to brigde gaps on skill that may be lacking
