Visit trouble or disintegrated groups for collection whilst emphasizing on importance of coguarantee.
Coordinating working recovery teams and activities at the branch.
Coordinate with external parties i.e auctioneers and debt collectors.
Rehabilitating disintegrating groups, training them and doing new business with them.
Restructuring of loans for defaulting clients and are willing to continue paying.
Having a proper knowledge and ideas of all defaulting clients including business premise,
home of both applicant and guarantors.
