My name is Sospeter Ndungu. I am a professional Market Analyst with more than Three years on in the sales field. I am passionate about research and technology.

I am a Market Research Analyst who is result-oriented and data driven with a comprehensive background in market strategic planning, capable of evaluating market and competitive conditions.

In my most recent position I oversee the marketing functions of the product produced in the FMCG industry. My duties include but not limited to;

Drafting Questionnaires, surveys, polls and other data collection resources

Researching prospect and generating leads

Contacting potential and existing clients on phone or by email

Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.

I posses a Diploma in Agribusiness management under the business management department at Miramar International College where I acquired Product marketing skills and quality Management skills.

This skills and further training has enabled me acquire strong Analytical skills, Good report writing skills and negotiation skills.
