Stacey Busolo

I am currently with Transcend Media Group as an Account & Digital Manager. I have previously worked at AlphaCreativeDesigns International as Social Media Manager and brand strategist on volunteer capacity, where my role was to manage their digital presence while coming up with strategies that will place the company in a competitive role in matters digital.

I have previously worked with Nairobi Metropolitan Services formerly Nairobi City Council in the department of Communication as an Intern. I have been trained with Google on Digital Skills for Africa.

With experience gained from working in the department of Marketing at AlphaCreativeDesigns International which focused on engaging with all clients and customers daily who had subscribed to our Social Media Platforms.

As a Customer Care experience manager at EMM Consult Limited. I have been exposed to different companies across the globe which made me interact with clients and respond to customer care calls by selling to them their product.

I have on numerous occasions had the opportunity to work on a range of social development and community empowerment projects with different teams both in and out of school and work. These experiences taught me to appreciate and listen to people, to develop my leadership skills, and to learn and take into consideration cultural differences.
