Administration Assistant - Kenya Shipyards Limited. (February 2022 to July 2023)

Kenya Shipyards Limited is a State company under Ministry of Defence (MOD).

Vide Executive

Order CAB/GEN.3/1/1 (60) dated 14 August 2020, the National Security Council approved the establishment of Kenya Shipyards Limited to address operational requirements of the Kenya Navy and MDAs and utilize the excess capacity to generate revenue for the Government by tapping into the available local and regional market for construction, repair and maintenance of ships and provision of other maritime services. My duties and responsibility while working at Kenya shipyards included the following:

•  Develop and implement appropriate Corporate Communication strategies, programs, and policies for all stakeholders to achieve positive brand image & visibility. 
•  Manage the production and dissemination of information with targeted publics through appropriate channels in line with the corporate mission and vision. 
•  Manage community engagement for all the locations of the Company’s operations. 
• Manage Customer Care and Complaints Handling function to enhance client satisfaction in line with the Company's Service Delivery Charter. 
•  Coordinate research into stakeholder's perceptions and image of the Company, to achieve positive reputation for the Company. 
•  Develop and implement media-relations. 
•  Develop and managing Corporate Social Responsibility strategies, programs and partnerships. 
•  Develop and implement corporate communication crisis management strategies and plans.
•  Plan & manage key events, incorporating appropriate protocol in the handling of dignitaries and guests. 
• Manage internal communication for consistency and adherence to communication policies and guidelines.

Data Analyst – National Health Insurance Fund NHIF Mbale Branch ;(Sept. 2020 to Sept. 2021)

National Health Insurance Fund is a Kenyan Government State Corporation with a mandate to provide accessible, affordable, sustainable and quality health insurance to Kenyans. My duties and responsibilities while working at NHIF included the following:

• Filling of different claims.
• Data collection in different hospitals.
• Educating and creating awareness to various communities on the need of acquiring NHIF cards.
• Conducting research in different hospitals, making comparisons and drawing conclusions.
• Preparing and submitting weekly reports.

Regional Manager – Valley Point Telecoms Limited Company; (JULY. 2018 to July. 2020).

Valley Point Telecoms Limited company is a company that specializes in providing high quality reliable and affordable IT and Telecommunication products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervising and giving roles to different teams
• Managing of different fiber accounts.
• Pushing sales and payment recovery in different accounts.
• Safe keeping of all the records in the region.
• Preparing ad submission of daily and weekly reports.

Brisk Management Agency is a marketing firm dealing in pushing up sales for their contracted clients.
