County Assemblies Forum (CAF)

Logistics – Finance & Admin department

Nairobi/KenyaCAF is a coordinating body of the forty-seven (47) County Assemblies established by the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 under Article 176. CAF is registered as a Society under the Societies Act, Laws of Kenya. The mandate of CAF is to support the County Assemblies performing their three core functions: law-making, oversight and representation. It consists of the County Assemblies Speakers’ Forum (CASF) and Members of County Assemblies (MCAs)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating transportation routes and schedules
• Perform regular checks and basic maintenance of the company vehicle
• Maintain logs of vehicle mileage, service schedules, and repair needs
• Assist with the setup of materials for meetings, conferences, and events.
• Provide transportation for VIP guests (Hon. Speakers and Executive members of the board), ensuring timely and comfortable travel.
• Coordinate with other staff to manage transportation schedules effectively.
• Logistical planner for the CEO and Board officials (Hon. Speakers, Hon Chairman, Hon Secretary General and Hon. Members of the County Assemblies – MCA’s) and all Staff.
• In charge of organizing and updating County personal assistants to the Hon. Speakers and Executives on itinerary of meetings for efficiency

• Recognize potential stakeholders and partners and add them to our database.
• Outlined all project tasks and activities and timelines.

• General Department Administration
• Monitoring reporting on client engagement and feedback regarding new products.
• Introduction of new products and spearheading launching on our branch.
• Schedule and supervise daily transaction processing workload
• Preparation of audit trail reports and monitoring of transactions forwarded to other departments/ branches until processed/resolved or cancelled.
• Assist in the investigation and/or resolution of enquiries relating to incorrectly processed transactions.
• Timely support to the Branch Operations Manager
• Review and authorize large volumes of approx. 500 transactions per day
• Daily possibility of transactions include new customer registration, Customer account changes, Customer exits and Account closures, transactions between customer accounts, Loan applications, amendments and terminations, Funds transfers and any other transactions as may be determined by the immediate supervisor.
• Provide guidance on investigation and/or resolution of customer enquiries
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately as per customer instructions.

• Ensure all relevant documents required for a transaction have been provided.

• Perform daily reconciliation of cash receipts and payments.

• Assist in the preparation of cash bundles for repatriation
