Stephen Muguro

My name is Stephen Muguro of age 32,I possess experience in security having worked in various busy control rooms with knowledge of moving around in various places.

Currently, I am employed at Optimum Group, where all my shift I work as the In-charge whereby I am tasked with supervising all security activities in the organization besides that, I am tasked with managing Control room systems, guards deployment carry an investigation as well as writing incident reports, Inside control room I keep survey through CCTV where I am able to provide footage if an incident occurs, In every week I am required to make Weekly and security analysis which I am very conversant with.

Over and above, my approach to my work goes beyond my job description, as I am always looking for ways to improve efficiency and meet given expectations and targets. I am well-versed in leading teams and I have significant expertise in training and mentoring junior staff members.
