Technical Advisor, Ultra Poor Graduation Initiative- BRAC International -Lead and supporting technical engagements with partners including governments, multilateral institutions, and BRAC entities to ensure satisfactory service delivery to partners and clients, Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process, training and mentoring of Technical Officers and Senior Associates while managing direct reports and contracts and ensuring safeguarding standards and policies, and reporting are maintained in the workplace, Providing central expertise to Global Country Engagement Teams on graduation program design, adaptation, operations implementation, and government capacity building to ensure countries’ graduation program design and implementation align with UPGI’s overarching strategy and goals
Economic Inclusion , Danish refugee council-Provided day-to-day leadership to the economic inclusion assistants throughout project implementation, capacity strengthening, and Refugee economic empowerment cycle, Worked closely with the project manager/officers/ other partners to ensure alignment of the project with the strategic plan and relevant theories of change of the plan, Trained staff on financial inclusion, market development, and linkage between different market players and continuously supported them to meet the project deliverables including training, managing household income generation activities, and relevant technical skill development.
