My name is Susan Njuguna, a recent graduate. I have interests in data entry, customer service and administrative duties. I am reliable and very professional and can work remotely and also as a freelancer.

1. Deevabits Green Energy-Customer service representative. Duties; Data collection from customers and agents, support sales agents in registration of new customers, keeping records of all customer interactions, educating the customer about product features, warranty issues and payment plan and Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
2. KOKO Networks-Customer Care Representative. Duties; Communicating with customers about their experiences with company products, responding to customer issues and working to resolve them, properly document activity and calls in the appropriate system, processing orders and requests, Answering customer inquiries about properly using company products, Providing advice on purchasing company products and services, Making field visits to customers to resolve product issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government-Administrative Intern. Duties; Data entry, gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents and information from other employees, departments and clients, attending to visitors and clients, maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system ,opening, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence ,preparing and modifying documents, answering calls from clients regarding their inquiries.
