As a Back Officer, my duties include verifying client details and approving smartphone loans for customers all over the country. I am in charge of approving over 6000 loans a month and eliminating any potential frauds.

My role as a credit officer was to ensure clients adhere to their payments schedule in time and educate them on the importance of paying well and also market the company for brand growth.

Repo-Call Officer - WATU CREDIT

After a year in WATU Credit I was promoted to Repo Call where my role was to convince clients whose assets were repossessed to take the assets back by paying a minimum fee and establishing good rapport with the company.

As a debt collector my role was to ensure clients adhere to their payment plan either weekly or daily and follow up as per the schedule and also market the company.

Sales and Marketing - ORIFLAME COSMETICS

Market, sale and promote the products. The more you sell, the higher the commission. My daily task was to market the products to the target audience and make sure I sell as many as I could so as to meet my daily target.
