I would describe myself as a dedicated and customer-focused professional with a strong background in customer service. I have experience in roles. Worked with NHIF during my attachment period where I've honed my communication skills and developed a deep understanding of customer needs.

I am a student at Laikipia university persuing Economics and Sociology waiting to gradate from bachelor's degree. In my four years I have learned and gained experience in softwares such as SPSS,stata, Excel and MySQL. I have participated in various school clubs and was among the active members. I have gained better skills working at NHIF where i got to learn and interact with various people.
